Attractiveness of an Actuarial Career

For several years now, the Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) has been gathering data to identify and monitor risks, and the issue of there being an adequate “supply” of new actuaries to meet changing professional demand is always in mind. In 2022 AAE developed  a Questionnaire about Attractiveness of an actuarial career and responses provided by member associations of AAE were analysed. 

During the session, more insights will be provided about a risk of losing attractiveness, compenetces and relevance as actuarial profession, including the results of responses provided by member associations and identified next steps.
